Thank you for your interest in the products and services of SEPICN LED Lighting.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from SEPICN LED Lighting (the Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, SEPICN LED Lighting will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty is transferable.

What will we do to correct problems?

SEPICN LED Lighting will:

  • Replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from SEPICN LED Lighting is 5 Years from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 5 Year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification- Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster- Theft or loss of the Physical Goods This Limited Warranty does not cover any shipping charges, handling charges, gift wrap fees or taxes. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.
  • Damage due to mishandling or abuse of the product.
  • Not using a voltage regulated power supply to connect LEDs products or controls.
  • Connecting LEDs to the wrong Output Voltage, Example: connecting a 12VDC system to a 6VDC power supply.
  • Improper connection of power supplies, LED products or controls.
  • Connection of LED products or controls directly to any A/C power source.
  • Connecting Power Supplies backwards to an A/C power source,Example: connection the 12VDC output of power supply to the A/C input line
  • Using products in an extremely hot environment, Example: using a non ventilated box in direct 120° sunlight.
  • Water damage to non waterproof products.
  • Electrical power surges. Note: It is recommended that if there is a possibility of power surges then you should consider a surge protector for the incoming A/C power line.
  • Damage from Lighting or Electrical Storms.
  • Products or electronic components that have been modified by the user.
  • Products used for purposes other than intended and directed.
  • Products damaged by connection to LED systems or components not purchased from SEPICN LED Lighting. 

You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to SEPICN LED Lighting.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us.

Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by SEPICN LED Lighting.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item SEPICN LED Lighting will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

SEPICN LED Lighting will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
